Bottle. Moderately sweet caramel malt aroma. Dark copper body, small head. Flavor is nutty, with caramel malt. Pleasant finish. Very nice.

12 oz bottle-amber color w/a slight head. Weak malt flavor. Very thin, some roasted malt & sweetness but overall a very weak & watery brew. Just not a whole lot here. I might drink this if offered, but I won’t buy it again. A disappointment from this brewer.

Deep amber color...thick fluffy head. Malty aroma with subtle fruit notes. Front is light, with a hint of sweetness...generally smooth, yet slightly crisp mouthfeel. Back has a very mild maltiness, with a long dry finish. Not too bad for an organic brew...very easy drinking, while still maintaining some flavor.

Bottle, #446. Dark amber pour with minimal head. Malty aroma. Bready malt flavor with some sweetness. Pretty good, especially for an organic.

Dark amber, thin white creamy head. Soft grains and earth nose warms to hints of chocolate tea. Lightly toasted cereal flavors balance on touches of grainy chocolate notes. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Boring and bland...

bottle - Pours amber (whodathunk?) with a one finger head and a light, malty aroma. The flavor is mild bready, caramel malt. It’s light to medium bodied, smooth, and kind of watery. There’s just not much going on here. huh... just noticed this one was my 1000th American beer rated. Too bad I didn’t pick a better one.

Bottle: Poured dark brown color with almost no head to speak of. Scents are sweet caramel and fruit. Taste is pleasent with a slight sweet aftertaste. BOM

Pours red with a thin off white head. Smells of caramel, some roses, a touch of pepper and tea. Tastes sweet and tea like with some caramel hints on the finish.
