May 2, 2008 Banana flavor and aroma tend more towards banana peel rather than flesh. There is a distinctive squash element to it as well as some lighter baking spices.

Apr 17, 2008 Not a bad heffe. Drank from the bottle, pretty smooth with a flavor of wheat and a minor flavoring of lemon. It was cloudy yellow in color, not too bad in appearance. It was enjoyable and worth trying, a solid heffe

Mar 29, 2008 Brandon, Fl. - Kingdom Liquors, 12 oz bottle. Murky light orange pour with a fluffy, soft white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Clove and banana in the aroma, bubblegum in the flavor. Good ester notes with some hints of spiciness. Standard hefe - but solid. Thickish mouthfeel. Very decent - refreshing after a long drive.

Mar 12, 2008 Pours to a hazy golden yellow with thin white head that lingers thru mid glass and leaves okay lacing. Nose is a pleasant mix of clove, orange peel, wheat dough and bananas. Mouthfeel is a bit on the tangy side, and the flavor mirrors the nose, yet adds some apple. Finish is pleasant, but make sure you drink this cold. I let it sit a little long before finishing , and aftertaste became a bit stale as beer warmed. Would make a nice summer thirst quencher though.

Mar 9, 2008 Bottle at the brewery tour. It is a little sour but smooth. I would liked to have seen a little more complexity in the flavor, and overall it is unremarkable.

Jan 15, 2008 12oz. I actually got mine to pour hazy after I shook up the last couple of ounces and poured it in the weizen glass. Aroma wins out over flavor on this one. Flavors are similar, but alcohol is very noticeable for the style. Overall, flavor characteristics (clove, bubblegum, spice, etc) struck me as belgian instead of bavarian.

Jan 15, 2008 BOttle. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Bananna and clove flavors dominate. I have not had many Hefeweizen’s but this seems very clear for an unfiltered wheat beer. Tasty though.

Dec 27, 2007 Bottle poured in a goblet. Nice white head. Wheat and bit of bubble gum aroma. Nice and cloudy. Bananas and yeast are the main two flavors. Good carbonation. Would be a good summer beer.
