| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 11, 2004 Crystal clear orange, light white short lived head with moderate crisp carbonation. Sort of looks like orange jello hot off the stove before chilled. Hints of raspberry in the aroma but weak in raspberry flavor. I could enjoy this one by the pool on a hot summer day. zach8270 (2098), Henrietta, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 6, 2004 Updated: Dec 10, 2008[draft - 10th Annual PA Microbrewers Fest, Pennsylvania Brewing Co. - Pittsburgh, PA] Poured a dark amber color with a very fizzy head that disappeared quickly. Strong aroma of raspberries and wheat with a touch of citrus. The taste didn’t have as much raspberry flavor as the aroma would have indicated. Taste was mainly wheat with a hint of raspberries near the end. A bit sour at the end. Drew (2409), Kent, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 6, 2004 Great raspberry aroma. Clear dark golden body, fizzy head, little lacing. Taste had a wheaty tang and moderate raspberry, but ended with a tart funk that was really off-putting. Ladyhedgehog (34), Westminster, Maryland, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 3, 2004 Pinkish gold in color with a small white head. Sweet, slightly astringent scent. Light berry taste with a moderately unpleasant aftertaste like artificial sweetners. Fairly nice, good for warm weather. FROTHINGSLOSH (2006), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | May 28, 2004 Updated: Aug 12, 2007Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a pink salmon color - rather reminiscent of white zinfandel. Minimal white head. The sour berry scent is pretty appealing and gears one up for a nice fruit flavor that unfortunately never comes. The flavor instead is a sour, dry, rather artificial generic berry. The beer that supports this berry taste is relatively bland. Overall one is not left with much to be impressed by. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 17, 2004 Pours a reddish gold with a medium fluffy white head. Aroma seems very laden with raspberries. Sort of sweet. Not much hops, but then again, I didn’t expect much. The taste is less raspberry than the aroma but it’s still dominant. Some wheaty notes also. There’s some roughness around the edges of the palate. This is not a horrible beer, but nothing I’d go out of my way to find. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA
