Commercial Description:
As a counterpoint to the Gold, our Pale Ale is distinctly British in character with a firm malt character and a crisp, angular hop finish. Amber in color with a nice earthy aroma.

Pours a light amber with a thick white head. Nice floral hop aroma. Citrus fruits, lemon zest on the tongue. Nice bitter hop finish. A really good APA.

Pours a translucent red-orange. Medium tan head. Nose is a weakened hop aroma. Seems fairly clean and grassy. Taste is hops but is crisp, almost lagerish. Little too much hops for that though. Smooth, almost non-existent, aftertaste. Fairly average, but not too bad.

Poured with a nice reddish-yellow cast and a small head, which laced really well. Hops are not as evident in the aroma as they are in the flavor, particularly as it warms. Oily new grass hoppiness made it a nice example of the style. Went really well with spicy green chile chicken dish.

Mild, slightly hoppy aroma. Clear to pale golden color. Not much there in the flavor department - drinkable, but not a top choice.

A really interesting beer. Both the flavor and the aroma changed while warming. The flavor held its own, but the aroma seemed to deteriorate. Lots of stuff in here to taste such as citrus and pine. Perhaps a bit of grapefruit as well. I liked the reddish hue but the flavor was the most enjoyable.

Poured a copper color with a small off white head. Mild hoppy aroma. Slightly hoppy watery taste and mouthfeel. Funky after taste of metallic vegetables. Nothing special here

A decent APA for the session drinker. Piney hops notable in aroma and in the flavor, with a touch of citrus. Beer pours pale amber with a thin off-white head. Thin body. A good choice for "rushes" of the good beer fraternity.

Not a robust head, but a nice lacing exists. Clear deep bronze beer with nice carbonation. This beer has an excellent flavor. Nice mildly bitter taste with a fresh minty finish. Overall, I really liked this crisp and very drinkable beer.
