Commercial Description:
As a counterpoint to the Gold, our Pale Ale is distinctly British in character with a firm malt character and a crisp, angular hop finish. Amber in color with a nice earthy aroma.

Pours a golden yellow color. Aroma is bland malt with a hint of hops. Taste is also very bland with not much hops at all.

Brass brew with a light head and a fresh aroma of hops and malt. This is a dry, not fruity, pale ale. Medium body, interesting hops, and a mild aftertaste. It is probably a good session beer, but does not give rise to shouts of pleasure or surprise. Solid stuff, but I was hoping for more from the brewers that came up with the magnificent Loose Cannon.

Nice marriage of hops and malts in this pale. It is actually a bit creamy tasting. The hops are not overpowering, and the carbonation is not overdone. Golden color with a lasting pale head.

bottle at Mo’s restaurant- pours golden amber with some lasting head. Flowery hop aroma, crisp pale malt flavor, ends with mild hop bite. Good beer and food friendly as well.
