Commercial Description:
As a counterpoint to the Gold, our Pale Ale is distinctly British in character with a firm malt character and a crisp, angular hop finish. Amber in color with a nice earthy aroma.

slightly hoppy aroma, light orangish brown colour, strong carbonation, does have a nice bite to the finish.

Pours dark orange with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, ctirus, and toasted malts. Taste is toasted bread malts and mild citrusy hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly resinous with lively carbonation. Nice ale with moderate hopping.

Straight foward craft brew, one brewed with the intent to appeal to those who want to dip their toe into craft beer. Has enough flavor to get a pass from a beer geek, but isn’t Clipper City’s best effort. Pours to a deep golden color, with a thick white head, and a good bit of carbonation. Nose has touches of pale malt, and flowery hop aroma. Palate is firm, with crisp pale malt flavor, and light esters. Finishes with some light pale malt flavor up front, then ends with a mild hop bite. Well made, but nothing exceptional here. Good drinking beer, and food friendly.

Copper color with a big beige head. Malt aroma is similar to a macro lager. Flaver is much better, with plenty of English hops all the way to the finish.

"Poured a nice copper color with a medium head. smelled of hops. Typical pale ale. Wasn’t anything i would go looking for, but wouldn’t turn it down if handed to me."

Bottle-Pours cloudy amber color w/an off white, foamy head. Floral, grainy aroma. Heavy hops up front w/nothing to balance it out, like a lot of pale ales. Nothing special. I wouldn’t buy it, but I would drink it if offered.

this is not a bad beer but it does not really stand out to me has some bitterness to it but nothing that you would want to keep buying for what they are charging.

Copper colour. Woody, slighlty piney hops meet toasty, breadcrusty malts in the nose. Light bitterness with a juicy malt character. Leans towards woodiness.
