Commercial Description:
As a counterpoint to the Gold, our Pale Ale is distinctly British in character with a firm malt character and a crisp, angular hop finish. Amber in color with a nice earthy aroma.

Deep gold pour, with medium white head. Solid hops in the aroma, along with a solid malt presence. Smooth, crisp finish with a final hop kick at culmination. Solid stuff.

pours a gold color, with a white head. Has a hoppiness to it’s aroma and definitely with the taste. A nice beer.

A decent ale. Very easy to drink. Well balanced. A good session beer. Definitely would try it again.

Pours a nice goldenrod color, lots of bubbles with a vigorous, but short-lived head. Aroma is somewhat sweet, not too overpowering so I like it. Flavor is a little weak, with a metallic fishy taste...odd. Overall it’s alright, but has room for improvment.

12 oz bottle: Medium clear amber w/ a thin, but lasting off white head. Herbal grassy aroma @ first, turns a little papery & woody. Very light toasty malt and hints of caramel. Lemony citrus fruit from hops as it warms. Well balanced w/ a citrusy hop flavor at first, very lemony. Sweetness up front w/ the hop flavor, but also papery flavors come through as though aged & oxidized; light toasted malt. No caramel, not even hints; medium fruity flavor w/ a semi sweet finish; aftertaste is cardboardy & bland. Lighter body, smooth, lower carbonation. Drinkable but thin on flavor! Age is probably a factor in this one, but it still seemed mediocre at best.

Typical golden APA color with a nice hop (cascade?) aroma. Overall light on the bitterness, I preferred this beer frost chilled (great while shovelling snow). Ice cold this APA was a crisp and snappy.
