Jan 24, 2003 Clear amber with medium tan head. Aroma is grapefruit, some sweetness. Taste is pretty minimal up front, before the grapefruit shows up mid-taste. Finishes mildly bitter and leaves a mildly acidic grapefruit aftertaste. Slightly watery.

Jul 22, 2005 Pours a golden bronze with a thin white head. Aroma is very subtle with a touch of English hops. Body is bittersweet, but mild and smooth. Not necessarily watery or thin, but very bland and uninteresting. Could definitely use more hops to be considered an APA in my book.

Feb 26, 2004 Crystal clear, amber/deep golden ale with a small, creamy, off-white head.
The nose is of honey, citrus fruit peels and juniper. Well-balanced flavor... malty, but perfectly hopped. Notes of caramel and English toffee. Lengthy, astringent finish.
