Just enough hops in the nose, to let you know this is a real American pale ale. Goes down smooth, without biting your head off like some over-hopped pale ales. My favorite in this style, I only wish it was available locally on tap. Ubermunch (23), Maryland, USA

Watched a sixtel of this disappear at a party of mostly non-beer-drinkers! Smooth but not simplistic this PA gives a LOT of bang for the buck. Has become a staple around the WII system and seems perfect for a football/baseball/soccer tailgate. SirHopsAlot (44), Cockeysville, Maryland, USA

This beer has an excellent flavor. Nice mildly bitter taste with a fresh minty finish. Overall, I really liked this crisp and very drinkable beer. spicedad2 (78), Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 1, 2009 Bottle picked up at a bottle shop in MD with Tim. Pours a nice clear coppery gold with a small white head. Aroma of light fruit and tangy hops with a hint of candied sugar. Taste is mildly tangy with hints of citrus, hops and candied sugar. Not bad. drkilmer (35), Myersville, Maryland, USA

Aroma was nice with elements of citrus but very little grain. I was disappointed in the taste. Too light and crips. A nice beer to quaff while eating a hamburger, but not a standout Pale Ale.
