Slight peach, ok aromatic hops, maybe too sweet? Not sure. Caramel. Tasty with solid hops, quite thick (which was a surprise), good fruit, some caramel, solid bitterness, very very drinkable but the thickness may be a touch to heavy after 6 of ’em. Near medium bodied, great carbonation, good malt middle, average bitter finish length. Best beer on tap with ease. robinvboyer (1429), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada

Cloudy copper/amber poor with a thin head. Aromas of fresh malts and yeast, yogourt, caramel and wild berries. Good bitterness with added peppery hints. Excellent balance. Hints of ginger to the flavors. Very drinkable, creamy and medium bodied. Fresh..... and refreshing!

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 29, 2008 A classic wheat bitter, pale golden yellow in colour with strong wheat aromas. A hard wheat flavouring is all I detected with a bit of hop bitterness. It’s not my favourite clocktower beer but not the worst either. Appearance: Golden amber ale with hint of red tint , medium light creamy top. 2+. Nose : Creamy feel with light bitter side. To light and flat for classic bitter.5- Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied , malted base with just some of hop notion. Soft thin finish with more bitter flatness. Average.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 29, 2008 This was my more favorite out of my sampling trip here. Copper colour with nice off white head. Caramel aroma with a bit a bread too it. The flavour has a light fruity malt to it and a slight bitterness. The body leans to the watery site only slightly and the carbonation was much lower then the others I sampled. Earlier Rating: 3/29/2008 Total Score: 2.3 Hazy orangy brownish murk with a tan head that lasted forever. The aroma is a sour yeasty mess with some malts floating around in it. The flavour wasn’t at all complimenting I found it hard to drink and didn’t finish my little sample I asked for. This may require a re-rate. There was some vinegar hints starting to make it’s way through the flavours. MrManning (1652), London, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 20, 2008 Pours a mahogany/copper liquid with a frothy beige cap leaving good lace. Malty aroma with candy and caramel sugar with a touch of yeast and fruit. Tastes sweet and bitter. Fruity malts with nice fresh bittering hops with thrills gum and floral hints. Finishes with a floral/herbal almost mint like twang, and I liked this one quite a bit. Earlier Rating: 2/20/2008 Total Score: 2.7 On cask at the pub- Pours a hazy, clouded orange. Head is frothy and long lived with good lace. Initial aroma of greens and hops is followed by yeasty phenols, tin, and thin malts. Flavour is soft hops and and watery bready malts, with a bit of fruity sweetness lingering near the finish. Its very drinkable and easy to put away ( I drank my 20 oz in about 6 minutes), but that was also cause I really wanted a beer. This one is just slightly above average.
