Pleasant fresh hops aroma with plenty of base malt and some refreshing citrus. Hazy yellow with a lasting, white blanket. Quite bitter at first developing into citrusy hops and then a pleasant malt sweetness. Some herbal/spicy notes. Refreshing and quaffable--more than your usual German Pils. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, moderately bitter finish. larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway May 14, 2008 Big white lasting head (got bottom of the keg, I think). Hazy yellow body. Light yeasty herbal aroma. Dryish grassy yeasty malty taste. Relatively neutral, low complexity. Sweetish tinge. Mild, drinkable, boring. (0.3l draft somewhere in Heidelberg.) Flavour with some hints of hops and malts. Very dry aftertaste. More than a standard lager (22.04.2006).
