Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A distinctive pale ale, dry and fruity, does not compromise just like the man himself. Dry hopped in the traditional manner which gives the beer a fine hop aroma.

Cask@Oliver Twist. Reddish-copper brown, good off-white head. Sweetish flowery hoppy nose. A bit strange hop profile, woody-grassy, a bit out of balance. Long hoppy aftertaste. Extra point to Pete Postlethwaite, cool actor!

Orange-brown with thin white head. Leafy, grassy aroma with hints of tobacco. The flavor is dry and grassy. Tastes a bit like eating fresh leaves. Quite a strange bitter with a very complex name.
