Commercial Description:
Our most popular beer! This blonde beer is crisp, yet smooth tasting and has a refreshing malty finish. The combination of American and European malts gives depth of flavor, yet exceptional drinkability.

Ok but nothing special. Not as flavorful as I would expect from an Ale. Very smooth and drinkable, but a bit boring. This brewery was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

Noticeably darker than the lite, but still just a gold. There’s a great creamy head (they’ve fond the perfect gas pressure for each of their beers apparently) with good retention and great lacing. There’s a soft maltines, but it’s a bit boring.

Lots of bubbles. Muted aroma. Generally crisp but sometimes clingy. A bit starchy, medium Saaz-style hopping. Goes a little watery. Medium light biscuity finish.

Pale yellow in color with a small fizzy head. Aroma is sweet malt, notes of grass and floral. Flavor is hops. Smooth and easy drinking.
