biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA Jul 12, 2007 Updated: Aug 14, 2007I like pale ales and this was an excellent one. Poured a nice copper color standard with good pale ales. Nice hoppy taste, good head and lacing on glass. This was an extremely drinkable beer. Too bad Hurricane Katrina destroyed this brewery. Rosace (6), Florida, USA does not count May 9, 2006 Execellent Beer,Just wish the OG to be a bit higher, had many a pitcher, good job Brewmaster Bush... Rosace aracauna (2357), Georgia, USA Mar 28, 2005 Clear amber beer with great head (again). Citrus aroma of the hops competes with the biscuity malt. This malt flavor is excellent. The hops taste fresh and juicy, but the beer is relatively light on bitterness. Great balance and one of the best pale ales I’ve ever had although the citrusy nature of the hop profile makes it not-so-English. Aurelius (2643), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Feb 25, 2005 Light honey gold. Long lasting head. Lightly smoky, lightly phenolic malt aroma. Fruity, dry, some diacetyl. Medium hopping but hard to pin down. Good mouth, good malt. Buttery finish with a hoppy zing. Very good.
