Thanks to Foolish Mortal for this one. Deep coppery ruby pour with 2-finger off-white head and great lacing. The aroma is heavy piney hops, pineapple, honeydew, canteloupe, and caramel malt. The flavor is tropical fruity, piney hoppy, with a good caramel malt base, and even a hint of cobwebby funk. This one is unbelievably smooth, complex, and well balanced, and an elite IPA.

This was a great beer to end the night with. Big citrus hops right up front, sticky resin mouthfeel, with some decent sweet maltiness to balance it all out. Medium bodied, and very well balanced, and just so easy to drink and very complimentary flavors. They got this one just right!

<!-- B -->Bottle<!-- /B --> Pours a medium orange/amber. Very nice full off white head and heavy sticky lacing. Aroma was bright citrusy hops. Flavor was not too heavy on the malt body but very strong on sharp hoppy bitterness. I would have liked a heavier feel, but quite tasty. Thanks Chad.

The pour of this IPA is one of the best I’ve seen. Orange-amber with a dense off-white head. Aroma is flowery with some pine. The taste is crisp with hops but is soon balanced by malt and caramel flavors. Dry finish. A surprisingly good IPA. Get this over the Calcutta 420.

Aroma is hops, caramel, hint of wheat. Body is auburn with a thin white head. Taste is hoppy which fades into a crystal malt sweetness.

From a 22oz. brown bomber bottle with no bottled/freshness date, a painted barn on the label that reminded me of an "outsider" art exhibit I recently attended, the art pieces exhibited were done by untrained local rural folk. Made a good appearance, poured a cloudy orange hued copper with a fluffy off-white head that settled into a minimal sticking, thin lacing, moderate carbonation overall. Had a leafy, earthy and citric hop nose with a caramelized malty backing. A crisp, hop textured and creamy smooth full bodied mouth feel, very good drinkability. Leafy, earthy, spicy and citric hoppiness, quickly sharp then rolling in it’s bitterness, a struggling to balance caramel maltiness with a little sweet butteriness coming out towards the end and a dry, oily, earthy and citric hop finish, a little caramel butteriness lingering in the palate along with the hops, the alcohol warmth finally shows up at the end of the taste. A very enjoyable AIPA from Coastal Range, tasty, hoppy with a balancing maltiness.
