A full blast of c-hops, I am assuming centennials, wrap around your tongue and deliver a fine howdoyoudo. Enough body to make it interesting and deliver a good product. Pretty nice with a lasting grapefruit sensation. Thanks Rodger! hezron (602), Viroqua, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 23, 2005 Initial hoppy, bready/yeasty aroma evolved into that of "freshly added" hops. Very reminiscent of the aroma just after adding hops to a boiling batch of homebrew. Amber color with a slight, creamy head and decent lace on the side of the glass. A few fine bubbles continued to emerge from the bottom of the glass several minutes after pouring. Hop flavor was also remiscent of the "homebrew" aroma but improved as the beer warmed. Hops dominated, but a clean maltiness was present in the background. Lingering, bitter aftertaste that almost bordered on harshness. Medium-bodied palate with ample carbonation. A mouth couting sensation remained for 10 or 15 seconds after each sip. bb (2919), Martinez, California, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 6, 2005 Bottle. A medium golden color with a light foamy white head. The nose has more bread and malts than striking hops. The bitterness of the hops comes through in the flavor with a dry finish and a malty aftertaste.
