[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] An amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet alcohol combined with notes of berries - especially cowberries, as well as brewmash and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, mixing in to a barnyard flavor with a slight alcoholic burn, but barnyard in the good way.

(Bottle 65 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Lightly sour caramel aroma. Medium body with lightly burned, sweetish caramel notes. Subdued bitterness. 160607

Bottled. Nut brown. Appley malt aroma. The gernerous malt character has notes of butter and fruit. A low hop rate makes the malt flavours dominant. The mouthfeel is somewhat raw and syrupy. A solid beer that lacks the final touch.

Bottled. Dark copper colour, small beige head. Sweet caramellish malty aroma. Sweet alcoholic malty and caramellish flavour. Also some wooden hints.

Bottle. Clear amber coloured with an off white ehad. Sweet aroma of caramel, malts and dried fruits. Flavour of malts, caramel, dried fruits and hops.

Amber red color, small tanned head. Woody, leafy aroma. Liquerish - medium bodied, malty, oaky - grassy flavor. Long dry oaky aftertaste. Oaked version of scotch ale.

Bottle. A dark amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma and taste is of caramel, light roasted malt and rye bread, light sweet. Medium body with a light dry finish.
