Jul 12, 2007 I prefer ales but this was a pretty decent lager. Very malty. Unfortunately this brewery was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

May 13, 2005 Fairly good tast oveall. Very light aroma with a slightly sweet finish. Not a bad beer.

Mar 28, 2005 Clear amber body with a beautiful head that barely shrinks. Maybe a slight bit of sulfur in the aroma. Nice slight, sweet caramel in the finish, but too light for my tastes.

Feb 25, 2005 Honey gold. Somewhat herbal malt aroma - oregano? Fairly dry and crackery, toasted cereal with a fruity tinge. Long, light, citrusy hop finish. Medium body. This beer is definitely looking for pizza or lasagne.

Sep 21, 2003 Amber in color with a small frothy head, quickly diminishing. Aroma is lightly sweet with hints of hops. Floral notes. Flavor is roasted malt, well balanced, but thin.
