Coast Wheat Beer

Commercial Description:
This is an authentic German style wheat beer, also known as "Hefeweizen". It starts with special toasted German Barley malts (55%) and domestic wheat malt (45%) which gives the beer a smooth, bread like flavor. The beer is then fermented with special German wheat beer (ale) yeast that imparts a very unique flavor. This beer is served unfiltered to leave in all the special flavors. This exciting amber colored brew combines the flavors of spiciness at first taste, yielding to tropical fruit & banana, finishing with a refreshing bit of clove flavor.
