Commercial Description:
This is an authentic German style wheat beer, also known as "Hefeweizen". It starts with special toasted German Barley malts (55%) and domestic wheat malt (45%) which gives the beer a smooth, bread like flavor. The beer is then fermented with special German wheat beer (ale) yeast that imparts a very unique flavor. This beer is served unfiltered to leave in all the special flavors. This exciting amber colored brew combines the flavors of spiciness at first taste, yielding to tropical fruit & banana, finishing with a refreshing bit of clove flavor.

This was one of the 1st hefe’s I ever had. Fruity taste, great head. Wish I could get some more but brewery was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

I have tried a few wheat beers and this is definately in my top 2-3. Has a very smooth and easy to drink slightly fruity flavor. Very good for small micro brewery. If you are ever in Biloxi stop by and try this one out.
