Cobra Bite with Sweet Lime

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Rauma). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is lime, grass and a bit resiny. Flavour is pretty much lime and some slight wooden notes. Extremely exciting.

250ml bottle from Sainsburys. Pale straw with a thin white head - typical lager look. The aroma is rather different though, just like fizzy limeade from my childhood; the taste is a blend of the two, sweet limeade flavour, but also a good beery dryness to back it up. Not bad, in an alcopoppy way.

Lime soda like sweet drink, not beer, but better than scandycandy cider because of the relatively almost vaguely dryish aftertaste, at least compared to them. Can’t say this suprised me in any way.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet very strong notes of lemon as well as some spices. The flavor is also sweet and dominated by citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish.

250 ml bottle. Finland. Golden colour with big lasting bubbles. Mead (sima) and artificial lemon/lime aroma. Flavour is like 5% alcopop drink. Sweet lemon/lime. Not much of a beer. Can’t say it’s good.

Pale yellow of color with a small white head. An aroma of lemon, lemonsoda and weak bitterness. A flavor of scweppes-lemon-wannabe, sweets, lemonsoda and a dry finish.

Bottled. Paleish golden with a small, big-bubbly, quickly fading head. Quite strong lime aroma with some cardboardy malt. Sweetish lime flavor with not much left of the original lager. Light body, not watery, soft carbonation. A typical lemonade beer with well-hidden beer aroma and flavor.

A 0.25L bottle from local shop. Some hints of mead in the nose. White thin head. Clear pale yellow colour. Sweet slightly sour lime taste. A slight hoppiness.
