Pours amber with a decent beige head. Aroma of roasted caramel. Medium body with frothy/creamy carbonation. Flavor is biscuity caramel. Not a great deal of hop. Still, it is tasty after going through some lagers.

Bottled. Dark amberish/brown in color. Somewhat sweet bready aroma. Some malts. Crisp and bready flavors. A little bit of hops. Not a real good effort.

Pours a clear copper color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is quite weak and contains caramel malts and light fruit scents. Tastes rather metallic at first with roasted and caramel malts, light fruits, and light hops. Light body with a dry finish and medium carbonation.

12 oz bottle. Pours a nice rich amber color with a descent white head that has moderate retention and ok lacing. Aroma is roasted and caramel malts. Smells rather nice, just a little muted. Flavor is a simple bland of caramel malt and a touch of hops at he end to balance everything out. The mouthfeel is smooth but a little grainy at the end. All in all this is the best beer from Cold Springs new craft beer line up.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, MN. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a film top. Aroma of caramel malt, a touch of apple, and some citrus zest. Taste is medium bodied, a little grainy texture with flavors of roasted caramel malt, some citrus zest and a little bread crust. Finish is semi-dry with a toasted grain aftertaste. An average amber beer overall.

Aroma is a mildly raosted malt. appearance is a transparent amber. Flavor is a nice balance od carmel, cracked wheat, roasted malt and hops. The mouthful is a little thin with a dull dry finish. This is an approachable and easy to drink Amber. Nothing complex but nothing offensive.
