Nov 14, 2006 This really was a let down, the sample I had was full of gross cheap corn flavor, vegitable flavors, and tasted very stale. Pours yellow with a white head. Just gross macro flavor to it though. Also has a big grape flavor that shows in the finish, this usually means the kolsch is getting old I think.

Jul 31, 2005 Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Light gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, with a touch of fruit esters. A medium bodied Kolsch. Malts are fruity and sweet, banana and clove flavors abound. Smooth taste. Nice balance. Lightly carbonated. Light and refreshing, Nice Kolsch. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
