Amber color with chunks of old yeast floating. This beer must be two years old or so. Dusty, earthy smoky aroma and flavor. Some cherry, lactic acid and vinegar sourness. Also some sweetness. Typical flavor, an odd mix of a Flemish brown and a landbier from the Franconian countryside. Very interesting beer, but by no means perfect.

Deep gold colour, foamy head, very nice perlage. Strange aroma, some hop, a lot sweet and flowery, peach. Ordinary taste, some alcohol, enough body, some sweetness, but lack of malt and hop character. Poor palate.

Citrus. A bit bitter. Good drinking when you are thirsty.
