ghawener (667), San Salvador, El Salvador Jun 17, 2008 Bottle: Drank at La Tortula. Probaly the best brazilian beer so far. Taste is balanced, hops and citrus with a good ale base. Definately a session beer and an inmediate favorite.

Coloração caramelo e espuma ambar - sempre presente. Cheiro adocicado, bom. Frisante, e amarga. Forte e densa. Precisa ser novamente degustada. davidpl (397), Santiago, Chile Dec 31, 2007 Appearance: orange clear color. Great head, with good adherence at glass, ivory color, some rocky, dense and very lasting.
Aroma: floral-hoppy smells mainly, some citric and an aromatic fruitiness very nice similar to oranges, tangerines, pears and apricots. Pale malts and slight fresh yeast notes. Slightly mentholated, eucalyptus and mint’s touches from hops.
Flavor: pale malts and some caramel malts start; with light sweetness, buttery and greasy ephemeral touches. Intensive and persistent hoppyness, with medium dryness and floral-herbal touch similar to chamomile. Ripe-sweet fruitiness like pears, red apples and peaches; as well a slight citric-fruitiness similar to tangerines and peel-oranges. A little reminiscence of honey. Hoppy final with metallic note. Aftertaste similar to pink-grapefruits.
Palate: medium body and silky texture. Low carbonated.
Nice dry-hoppyness, in noose and mouth, some complex and enough fruity. Refreshing and good brazilian beer.
