Commercial Description:
For over 4 decades, Colt 45 Premium Malt Liquor has been the "class of all malt liquor brands". With its smooth and distinct flavor and historic affiliation with Billy Dee Williams, it has become an urban American icon. If you’re looking for a thick 40, or an ice cold shorty, Colt 45 is the malt liquor that works EVERYTIME!

Relive the classics. There are some beers you just have to drink, and Colt 45 is one of them. Piss yellow as it should be. Aroma is rotting corn, but suprisingly better than Miller, one of the most foul smelling beers out there. Taste is pissy, frothy, and sad. I can almost feel the hangover, like I am looking into the future. Finish is sweet and corny. Just as I expected- this beer is crap.

it’s colt, it was a forty enjoyed with ja ice. i felt like this tasted JUST LIKE OE, but maybe tthat’s just me. not ver yexciting, malt liquor is usually just that with not too much creative intervention. with the heavy corn and grainy flavors, kinda felt like i was back in ohio, smelled oddly like silage too, ha! ah well, it gets me one closer to my hundredth beer

I have had a few of the ghetto malt liquors and have at least been able to finish the bottle, but not with this one. Smell was nasty flavor was just too heavy on the corn and grain poured the bottle down the drain.

This one’s for the gang bangers. Skunky smell and tastes metallic with a terrible bland malt flavour. Very corny. Poor beer for poor boys.

Bottled, pasteurised. Pale Golden with carbonated head. My deliberate policy of trying to get to know USA beers is not doing me any good. This is a bad memory from the past which I thought they had dropped. Poor sweet corn flavours with a sickly malt. EEEuukk

Change serving notes to Serve in 40 oz bottle in brown paper bag - drink while stumbling down the street. If you buy this, you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into. I’ve drank this in my past - it’s done; I’ll rate it for posterity.

Grainy aroma and taste, but not so bitter and corn silo-like that it’s repulsive. I am sorry to say, this isn’t that bad.
