I love to enjoy a nice, refreshing 40 oz. Colt 45 before I report for my duties as a school bus driver in the morning. It helps take the edge off.

I was a bit pleasantly surprised by this one. Equal to some fair Am. Std.’s in my book, especially in that the aroma appears to carry really maltedness! Of course, I’m quite buzzed late on a sat. afternoon and me and the three little ’uns have been rock and rollin all day, including all three of them playin down in the echoey basement on the eldest’s drum set! Warms up OK. Has a trace of hops and good malting. Hi alch as well. Mmmmm...I might get this from the cornewr store again...especially after I’ve had a couple. Long live rock!

Drank out of an ORval glass- Stoplight yellow in color. Chug-a-lugs a nice head. Aroma of hop-sweat? Soft on the tongue. Sweet. Decent effervesence. Better then Miller Lite.

5.9% ABV was my draw to this beer. Also the 40oz. The best part about this beer is that Afroman has a song titled after it.

Colt 45, I’m sorry but you just can’t help to think of Billy Dee Williams. I decided to buy Colt again since I had 2 Dollars on me, and I wanted 2 Tall Boys. I also have to admit it tastes pretty much, like any other beer. Also, it’s hard not to do impressions of Billy Dee while drinking it down. I myself quoted Brian’s Song along with a few Landos from time to time. Colt 45, gets ya every time.
