This is a pretty good malt liquor. a little thick and hoppy, but good for the price. An excellent buy.

I waited a long time to have this forty after having colt 45’s other two malt liqours. I hoped for the best and expected the worst and in the end was quite impressed not only with the high alcohol content, but by the taste.

I really like this beer. It has no nasty flavor at all except maybe when you get to the last quarter of the bottle. I’ve been drinking a lot of MGD lately and I’d say its not too much different in flavor besides there’s more of a metallic smell and a bit more of a bite. Overall this is a good beer to drunk on, and or a good party beer.

My favorite of the malt liquors. I can actually stand the taste of it when its not almost frozen like other malt liquors.

surprising that however much the ’malt ’(surely a preponderance of corn) has been doubled or otherwise increased, the usual corn sludge aroma and slow, sticky mouthfeel found in standard american malt liquors (and regular colt 45) is largely absent here. corn sweetness aroma is still present but under wraps to some extent and flavor maintains some level of crispness despite low carb.
