Flavor is adjuct laden, corn is predominant, some sort of stale funk, and a big alcohol bite. Too big for the ABV. It may work every time, but it won’t taste good while doing it. Lando Calrissian is pushing some pretty shady stuff these days.

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 22, 2009 surprising that however much the ’malt ’(surely a preponderance of corn) has been doubled or otherwise increased, the usual corn sludge aroma and slow, sticky mouthfeel found in standard american malt liquors (and regular colt 45) is largely absent here. corn sweetness aroma is still present but under wraps to some extent and flavor maintains some level of crispness despite low carb. grebs (71), Ohio, USA

I’ve drank this and could drink it again without complaint. Certainly not the worst but nobody would confuse this with anything good. It comes in a 40! Isn’t too horrifyingly bad during the last ~10 oz, which is nice. FROTHINGSLOSH (2019), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA

The aroma was sweet, tart and tangy. The flavor was sweet, tart, tangy and a bit corny. The finish was long and tart. Much better than I expected but still not great. I didn’t know anything about beer then and it’s a good thing, because it’s the only way I would have drank this. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 2, 2008 A pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is rather malty with some corn notes. The flavor is some malty corn notes but no alcohol notes. This is not offensive at all which is a good aspect of a malt liquor. Pretty drinkable actually. Grab a fo-dee dawg. | 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/20 | May 25, 2008 I saw this on the site and actually have been looking for it. Found at the Oak Creek, Woodman’s. 24 ounce can. Clear light straw color with a tall fluffy white head and some decent lace. First sniff releases an "oh boy" from my lips. The scents do not lead to a wish to imbibe. The best I am coming up with for a descriptor is plastic fruit. Some corn syrup and a bit touch of band-aid. Not a swell scent. I keep looking for some malt and am unable to find any. A little less flavor than the Big Bear I just had, and I’m not certain if that is a good or a bad thing. Light melon and alcohol flavors. Fairly dry in the finish and linger. A hint of vanilla alcohol in the linger. Rather lifeless body, at least it is not sticky and sweet. Once again never wish for something, you might just get it.
