Commercial Description:
Not syrupy sweet like most fruit beers, this is for beer drinkers! Just a hint of apricot gives this delicious medium-bodied ale a wonderful aroma and a unique finish. Try it! Available on draft and in bottles.

Draft. A light bodied beer. Fruity aroma. Tastes fruity but not too sweet.

Served a bright, clear amber with only a wispy film for a head. Fruity aroma with apricot & strawberry. Fruity flavor, not overpowering with a defined wheat base. "Spritzy" due to a highly carbonated mouthfeel. Not a bad fruit beer, but it is a brewpub cop-out.

Slight head. Unbelievable apricot and fruit on the nose with a hint of syrup. Apricot is very bold. A little spice balances it out.

Smells great, taste is a little bit to be desired. Who came up with putting fruit in beer? What’s next, watermellon or mushmellon?

Poured from bottle at local Rest. Pale Golden Copper color...Smelled WONDERFUL like appricots and Peaches. The flavor was the same with maybe a hint of vanilla. I really liked this beer. Very easy to drink and the fruit flavor was not overwhelmingly sweet.

Draft 4 oz sample at the brewpub, 10/23/06: Bright gold with a thin filmy head. Fruity aroma of an apricot grove. But flavor is more musty like a not-quite-ripe piece of fruit. Comes off actually with a sharper bitterness than many fruit-beers.
