Commercial Description:
Not syrupy sweet like most fruit beers, this is for beer drinkers! Just a hint of apricot gives this delicious medium-bodied ale a wonderful aroma and a unique finish. Try it! Available on draft and in bottles.

Courtesy of Ohiodad. Sweet:::drumroll:: apricot aroma. Actually a very aromatic beer and it smells good. Large fluffy white head on a cloudy tea colored body. Ok it is thin, but very refreshing and the fruit element knows its place. Apricot, cereal grains and malt are there together. Very crisp finish that tastes more like the apricot skin than the flesh. This is a very well done Fruit Beer. I’d say it is highly underrated.

An 8 year boycott ends. Served in a pint at the CBC. Golden pour with plentiful carbonation. Great aroma! Lots of very noticeable apricot. A light apricot flavor that is slightly sweet with touches of grain. There is no way this is real apricot, but the essence that they use really works well. Medium semi-dry body and mouth feel. Wet finish. Good brew.

Thanks to Ohio Dad for this. The pour was hazy dark copper with 2-finger white head. Nice big apricot aroma, with some perfumy florals, berries, caramel malt. This aroma is outstanding. The flavor was fruity, with a lot of natural apricot flavor, plus a good amount of peaches, some caramel malt, and subdued finishing hops. Medium palate. Well done.

Amber. Impressive head, thick and creamy, decent staying power. Nose fruity and bitter, flavor similarly so. Very authentically apricot. Tart and bitter stuff. Very toasty at the end, decently balanced. Not bad.

Had this at the Brewpub as my appetizer. Nose of citrus & pine. Light apricot tones are present also. Light sparkling golden amber. The thin white frothy head is quickly diminishing with light lacing. The brew starts spicy with a heavy acidic middle and a toasty apricot finish. The medium creamy and lively body feels slightly cloying at the finish. A very good fruit beer.

Some real serious apricot scent here, and a lot of bitterness in the flavor - could be a tad citric and sour indicating a wheat malt base, I’m not sure. But it is far better than I anticipated. I’ll get it again.

12 oz bottle Pours light amber with a creamy offwhite head that stays around and laces pretty well. Aroma is of apricots, grass, and a touch of grass and a little malt behind that. Smells very outdoorsy. Flavor is delightfully apricot and some nice mild malts. Finishes well with a touch of bitterness from the balanced hops. This is quite a delicious fruit beer. Not overpoweringly sweet. You can still tell it is beer behind the fruit. I enjoyed this one for a summertime brew.
