The beer is a clear copper-orange color with a very thin white head that diminishes to nearly nothing quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Fruity nose with notes of bready malt. Medium body with a fruity character and flavors of malt along with light yeast and pepper. The finish is fruity with a lingering yeast aftertaste. Straightforward and decent Saison overall. Fruity nose with vanilla and yeast. Creamy and somewhat sweet vanilla flavor with a fruity finish. I didn’t mind this one, so it must not be a true saison. DragonStout (1380), Pataskala, Ohio, USA

Flavor was thin and weak up front though, followed by an overpowering pepper taste on the back. Drinkable, but a bit chaotic for me. Needs to blend a bit better I think. nuplastikk (1227), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
