Pours a dark golden color, with a relatively short head. A bit sweeter than most IPA’s. Will probably buy another 6-pack soon. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA

Aroma is full of white grapefruit, some malt and pine hops notes. Flavor is really, really good. Citrus and resin hops flourish in this beer without being overly bitter and harsh. There is a decent malt bill but the hops are the star in this one. Nice. ditmier (1117), Boise, Idaho, USA

Refreshing with a good amount of hops. Nothing spectacular in the way of an IPA, a pretty traditional flavor. DrHomolka (731), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 31, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a hazy, burnt orange color with a small soapy white head. Doesn’t look very carbonated though that’s fine by me. Aroma is a fresh blast of tropical fruit. Huge citrus character. Mango, orange, resin. Centennial hops with a decent malt background. Slightly biscuity. Tropical fruits abound in the flavor. Intense peach and pineapple. Bitterness is moderate to low for the style. A fruitiness from the hops is present though the beer is not sweet. A slghtly bitter, drying finish. This is a solid IPA.
