May 14, 2007 4/28/07: MRAF ’07 – Cask.
Aroma was sweet and hoppy with whiffs of flowers and grass. Bright orange body. Large and fresh hop flavor with apricots, flowers, sweet malt - also slightly bitter. Sweet and slightly bitter finish. “It’s like nectar of the Gods”!

May 10, 2007 Draft @ CBC. Brunt orange pour with a creamy white head. Fairly nice aroma of tropical fruit and floral hops...quite fresh with some light caramel malt backing it. Flavors of trop[ical fruit, citrus, somewhat catty hops held together with some light pale malt. Medium bodied, nice bitterness throughout with a clean finish.

May 1, 2007 Cask version at Barley’s 5th Annual Mini RAF (04/28/07): This brew is a clear dark amber color with a compact bone white head and spotty lacing. Citrusy hops aroma. Medium body with hops, pine and citrus flavors. Touches of malt here and there too. The finish is hoppy and lingers awhile, and allows some roasted malt flavor to poke through. Pretty good overall.

Apr 28, 2007 Had on at Barley’s Mini Real Ale Fest 2007! Taste was VERY citrusy! Orange and lemon, and some sweet malts. Finish was a bit hoppy. Drinkable but nothing special!

Apr 4, 2007 Nice citrus aroma. Powerful. Comparable to UnEarthly. Nice bitter citrus taste with lingering bittering hops on the backside but not to intense.

Mar 24, 2007 On tap at brewpub. Dark copper color, not much head besides some thin soapy wisps. Decent aroma - some pine, some citrus, but overall a pretty weak aroma for an IPA. Mild hop bite to begin, then it just kind of craps out. OK but unexciting.

Oct 26, 2006 Draft at the brewpub. Dark copper with a very, very musty and mossy metallic sting. Heavily hopped and oily, big-time. wow.

Oct 16, 2006 Updated: Oct 30, 2006draught at columbus alefest. very hoppy aroma, cloudy golden color. very bitter flavor not balanced at all. almost to the point it was mediciny. not good at all, their pale ale is much better.
