Pours black with a thin tan head. Strong coffee aroma with a hint of cream. Malty flavor with a ton of coffee and a semi-creamy finish. Some people like subtlety in their coffee beers...if so don’t drink this!!! It left coffee grounds in my glass. Since I don’t care for subtlety on the coffee side, very well done for Eric and the crew on this one. Dogbrick (2855), Columbus, Ohio, USA

The beer is a brownish-black color with a medium tan head that dissipates steadily. Thick rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is almost all coffee, plus a bit of malt. Rich and smooth body with a strong roasted coffee flavor and notes of chocolate malt and hops. The finish is roasty with a moderately bitter coffee aftertaste. I enjoyed this one overall.
