| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Yellow, no head. So it looked OK. Smells like butter and honey, which may sound appealling, but not when applied to beer. Taste is is...um...how can a beer be both sour an buttery? So, so many things wrong here. This was the first beer of the Knoxville tasting, so we’re kinda establishing a baseline here. No where to go but up. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2008 Smells like honey. A light flavor that isn’t that wheaty. The honey gives it an appearance of strength. It coats the mouth too. Decent. Pleasantly surprised. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA
