12oz bottle. Pours medium brown. Aroma of cinnamon. Flavor is a touch tart. Finishes like a cola. Not very pleasant.

Pours a beautiful rust color that is extremely clear – not much head with extremely light lacing and below average carbonation. The dominate smell is a sweet cake like spice. First taste is light, sweet, with a cake like spice of ginger and cinnamon that dominates. It is followed by a light bitterness.

Bottle thanks to ogglethorp. Pours amber with small white head. Ginger and cinnamon with a touch of sweet malt on the nose. Flavor has more ginger, very stong that really dominates the taste. Hint of roast, with a touch of mulled spice finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with ogglethorp (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of stronger cinnamon, ginger (that got stronger as it warmed), caramel, and other spices. Tastes of cinnamon, ginger, berries, nuts, citrus, and caramel.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a lightly hazy amber with golden notes wiht a smaller bubbly off white head. Aroma of caramel, malty sweetness, ginger, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar cookies...nice aroma that reminds me of the Holidays. Flavor of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, nuts, hoppy citrus notes, some toffee and doughy notes.

1/11/08: Bottle.
Cinnamon graham cracker nose. Body is an orange brown color. Flavors of granulated sugar, hops, cinnamon and spice. This beer really reminds me of a graham cracker. Finish is a bit bitter and spicy.
