2/182009: CBC Pale Ale has a beautiful, sunny orange color with a lasting frothy beige head. The aroma and flavor are both fresh and showcase the citrusy, floral, and slightly resiny hops accompanied by just a tough of toffee maltiness. This beer is smooth and soft on the palate which helps make it quite sessionable. This accompanied my dinner of liver and onions quite nicely...

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle courtesy poonpillager. Pours a clear copper with a small off white head. Aroma of sweet malt, bready malt, floral hops, and a hint of caramel. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness. Good.

Clear amber red with a thin whitish head and super tiny lacing. Smell is light and a little hoppy and not horrible - I would just like it a bit more vibrant or loud. Flavor is okay - has a presence of hops but it is though they are standing over in the corner alone and almost like they aren’t there. Palate is really really carbonated.
