OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA Mar 3, 2006 On draught at the brewpub! - Pours golden with a short white head that stayed pretty well and laced some on thes ides of the glass. Aroma is mild yeast, a touch of lemon, and a bit of bubblegum. Flavor is very similar. Palate is light and carbonated just enough to make this very drinkable. Nothing offensive, nothing outstanding. Average. Tmoney99 (4652), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jan 29, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Clear amber with an average white head that diminished slowly. Moderate sweet hoppy aroma. Light to medium body. Moderate sweet wheaty citrus flavor with a short finish. Drinkable but not my style. Aurelius (2643), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Jun 30, 2004 Mild malt and fermented fruit aroma. Clear gold. Mildly tart, medium hopping, lightly sweet. An inoffensive beer, but no real wheat qualities. Crackery finish, good CO2. kathouse (84), Nevada, USA Dec 29, 2003 The worst from CBC. Color is a pale yellow, almost green haze. No foam with a low yeast aroma of spice and grain. Flavor contains no malts, no hops, no wheat. Just blah with a mild lingering bitterness. Dogbrick (2813), Columbus, Ohio, USA Nov 21, 2003 On draught at CBC and served with a lemon. I am pretty sure this is a seasonal so it must not be a seasonal given the fact that I tried it in November. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Very thin lacing. Light-bodied and effervescent with a hoppy and wheaty flavor. The finish the lightly hopped with a hint of fruitiness. This is not as wheaty as a lot of Wheat beers, and is light and easy to drink. jsquire (2086), St. Marys, Ohio, USA Jan 22, 2003 I had this on tap at the Port Columbus Airport's Columbus Brewing Company's outlet. Sort of cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Strong hop flavor like an APA but it had enough smoothness in it for me to buy that it was a wheat. Refreshing beer but looses points for style vagueness.
