Cask/gravity at The St Albans Beer Festival 28 Sep 06. Dark brown - almost black coloured. A tiny lasting creamy head. Sweet fruity aroma. Caramellish flavour. Sweet finish. Some bitterness little by little. A bit watery.

Dark colour with a brownish tint. Missing head. Poor in aroma, but some dried fruit can be detected. Prunes and plums in a bit winelike flavour. Very dry finish (The 11th St Albans Beer Festival, 28.09.2006).

Cask conditioned, gravity dispense at St Albans BF ’06. Dark red, thin head. Aroma is dark & fruity. Tastes rather restrained & muffled; granular sugary malt & fruit. Tanora comes to mind. Interesting- didn’t realise it was a mild.
