Someone brought this to my work’s monthly beer club meeting and it was unanimously agreed upon to be one of the least favorite beers tried. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a huge amount of bubbly white head. Aroma is doughy with some slight lemon essence and cloves. Flavor is decently light, with a sticky sweet base and lots of doughiness and overload of spices. Overall, not my favorite.

Bottle. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy aroma with some grainy hints and some weak hints of citrus. Sweetish malty spicy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy finish with hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Bottle:   Whitish yellow in color, very thick and hazy, moderate frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Artificial lemon zest aroma, slightly peppery.   Very zesty on the tongue.   Almost medicinal in its flavor.   Somewhat similar to a Witbier but not as spicy.   It seems a bit muted and/or dull.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Citrus zest on the finish.   Not a bad beer at all, spices are there but are somewhat dull.   Would certainly make for a decent summer quaffer.

Not sure what to make of this beer. Thought from the name it may be a witbier, it labels itself as a Spice/herb beer, but I just tasted what seemed to resemble an offshoot from a BMC....a lot of grain, little aroma or taste, and a short, non-memorable finish. Cute label though

BOTTLE: cloudy yellow pour, smells like a musty dish towel. Tastes about the same - lemon and saffron, just didn’t enjoy this at all.

Tap at papagos. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of Ginger, lemongrass and kaffir lime. Flavor is odd. Lots if Ginger and lemongrass. Not enjoyable.
