Lots of hops in this one but they dont seem to go well together. This was a nice attempt and I guess that is all that I can give it, a nice attempt. It is drinkable but I might not buy again, but that could be because of the fact that I am not the biggest lager fan. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA

Nose is grainy pale malt, hopcitrus. Tastes pale malty, not terribly hoppy, but with no apparent flaws. Fairly smooth and drinkable. For their next release, I hope they name it Coney Island Kielbasa Gagger Ale. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 19, 2008 22oz. Bomber. Beer is a deep clear golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with some spicy noble hop character. Flavor shows some light malt sweetness and fairly substantial peppery hop flavor. Body is medium heavy for the style with a nice persistent carbonation and balances the hop presence well. Finish is bitter and coats the tongue nicely with a bit of hop resin. This is a very well built non-bland lager that is perfect for a hot summer afternoon. Wish it came in six packs. SSSteve (2062), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
