Jul 26, 2008 Pours very clear amber with small white head. Aroma of some hops and malt nose. Lots of hops in this one but they dont seem to go well together. This was a nice attempt and I guess that is all that I can give it, a nice attempt. It is drinkable but I might not buy again, but that could be because of the fact that I am not the biggest lager fan.

Jul 23, 2008 Bomber from State Line. Pours deep golden with 1-finger white head. Nose is grainy pale malt, hopcitrus. Tastes pale malty, not terribly hoppy, but with no apparent flaws. Fairly smooth and drinkable. For their next release, I hope they name it Coney Island Kielbasa Gagger Ale.

Jul 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus hops and sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness and a crisp finish. Good.

Jul 20, 2008 22 oz. bomber. Pours a medium, golden color with an ample hops and lemon peel aroma. Nice head which settles relatively quick. Sweet, hoppy flavor. Almost candy-like but not quite that sweet. Very mild finish with slight floral hints in the back. Overall, not bad.

Jul 19, 2008 22oz. Bomber. Beer is a deep clear golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with some spicy noble hop character. Flavor shows some light malt sweetness and fairly substantial peppery hop flavor. Body is medium heavy for the style with a nice persistent carbonation and balances the hop presence well. Finish is bitter and coats the tongue nicely with a bit of hop resin. This is a very well built non-bland lager that is perfect for a hot summer afternoon. Wish it came in six packs.

Jul 18, 2008 a clear orange/gold pour under a medium sized yellowish head. sweet aroma that is very hoppy(citrus) with some candy(marshmallow). a hoppy ESL. the same candy-like marshmallow sweet malts(vanilla cake) show up in the flavor. medium bodied. these coney island beers are quite impressive.
