| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 2, 2009 From the 22 ounce bottle. Pours gold with thin white head. Light aroma, just a little bit of hops. Bitter flavor from the hops, which not as much balance for the malt as I would have thought. Kind of boring overall though. fishingnet (1047), Brandon, Florida, USA

Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness and a crisp finish. Good. gunhaver (1044), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 15, 2008 Bottle, courtesy Tony at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a hazy copper color, with a thick white head and decent lacing. Fruity malt esters, some caramel and vanilla, distant chocolate. Flavor is very malty, citrus, caramel, and a ton of bitter hops in the finish. Very balanced. Easy to drink, unique. A good summer beer. brentfeesh (1039), Gadsden, Alabama, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 8, 2008 22oz bottle. Cool label. Hazy orange pour. Light grain is the most noticeable thing in the aroma along with a little hop spice. Flavor is spicy with citrus hops, just a touch of malt that makes a week attempt at balance and lastly what I would call a bubblegum flavor. It’s not bad, it’s just nothing I’ll go looking for. Dry finish on a medium body. smith4498 (945), Miami, Florida, USA

Flavor is slightly bitter and malty with some alcohol and a metallic taste. Body is pretty full for a lager. Moderate carbonation. An OK lager. LooseCannon (936), Norfolk, Virginia, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 3, 2008 Light grainy coriander aroma. Hazy golden color with a small airy head. Light malt start quickly developing a strong hop bitterness that lasts long into the finish. I would put this in the American imperial pilsner class. Trev (895), Lakeville, Minnesota, USA

Aroma is light grassy hop, grainy pale malt.
Flavour is full bodied toasty malt, some earthy-grassy hop combinations. Slight alc sourness in the finish.
A good strong lager with only minor flaws.
