Crystal clear straw color with very little head. Very pils-like aroma with a lot of grassy Saaz hop aroma up front. The taste is a bit too bitter for the malt base and everything just seems a bit off-kilter. An interesting brew, but not really my thing.

Tasted 6/27/08. 22oz bomber. Filtered with a bright golden hue. Bubbled ring of white head. Mild peppery hop aroma. Medium bodied with a big effervescence. Bitter and crisp. Totally hoppy example.

Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a one finger off-white head. Aroma is earthy, grainy, and grassy with herbal and floral hops. Flavor is caramel malts, citrus, spicy pepper and a hint of honey with a light bitterness and a hoppy dry finish.

Cloudy orange color with off-white head. Really hoppy and fruity aroma, but still lager. Tastes pretty close to an IPA. ots of citrus. Pleanty of hops. Overall pretty nice.

Botled. Poured darkish orangey. Medium head. Some hops and other stuff. I couldn’t really tell a lot of difference cause the hops killled me. Not undrinkable.

650 ml. Hazy, golden-pear colored with a small, lasting head. Aroma is spicy peaches and grain. Flavor is earthy-spicy fruit turning to lemongrass and alcohol on the finish. Light body is smoothish on front, then fizzy and crisply dry on the finish.

Purchased a single 22-oz bomber at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, some light pear, grassy hops, and a hint of citrus. Taste is light to medium bodied, flavors of golden multi-grain with some wheat, light fruit, citrus and yeast. Finish is semi-sweet with a light bitter and metallic texture aftertaste.
