Good bitter, but really nothing special. I wish I could get this from cask. Good balance though, and one of the better bitters available in my area.

Light amber coloured, fairly standard bitter.Nice enough but nothing to differentiate it from other bitters

50 cl bottle. Pours a clear, medium gold with a slightly reddish hue. Moderate white head that lasted through most of the glass. Light but pleasant aroma of malt and a faint aroma of citrus. The flavor is again pleasant but by no means overpowering. Malt and hops are well balanced. This half-litre bottle went down quite easily. Not an exciting beer, but a good example I thought of an English bitter.

Bottle: I enjoyed this. I got a feeling that my bottle might have been a little off, or maybe the beer is generaly a little off. It seemed almost skunked. But there were some very nice wheat flavors. I don’t know how exactly to describe it, but it was very god in an underwhelming way. Just a touch too mild, but what you got was good.

I had higher hopes for the "champion of Brittian." Is bitter front and middle, but is dry in the end. Flavour is mainly malty and hops. Nothing special.

Bottle. Reddish amber with foamy off-white head. Very refreshing earthy & bready malt aroma with herbal and floral hops. Light bodied with normal carbonation and avery refreshing flavour. Nice!

I had this beer along with a toasted sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t overwhelm me with flavor, but it was tasty in a subtle way. The label hinted at a floral taste which I was able to pick up on. As a relative novice, I would definitely try this again.

This beer is orange and has a medium and compact white head that is not persisitent. Light aroma of citric hops. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is malty with orangey hops, that give a good aromatic bitterness that lingers for some time. Not outstanding but I really like this kind of beer.
