Bottle 50cl. Poured slighty cloudy pale gold with a small white head that fades. Looks a little like a lager. Slightly floral aroma, with hints of lemon. Tasty though fairly mild bready bitter with definite citrus undertones. A little watery, ending in floral bitterness. Slick palate. A decent beer, though more of a pale ale than a bitter.

this beer screams mildness. yes, i was expecting more head, more bitter, more overall flavor, but there’s plenty to enjoy in this mellow pale bitter ale. lovely

Copper with a good cap of off white. Floral aroma, a touch of butter and marmalade. A bright malt flavor, herbal hops that end up being almost vegital. Lingering apple skin finish. Pleasant overall, but fairly average.

16.9oz bottle, no date. Pours a clear orange copper with a two finger slightly yellow head. First aromas up front are some soap and flowers. There is also some malty caramel sweetness. Fairly clean. Taste has more bready malts and some dirt, a little bit of earthy hops. The flowers come back for a moment towards the finish, which is a little dry. There is also a bit of a metallic character. The body is a bit thin with some moderate carbonation. This was nowhere as good as I remember it being a couple years ago.

Clear golden orange, large head, average at best head retention and lacing. Aroma is very bready malts with a hint of English hops. Fairly carbonated mouthfeel, light bodied. Fell apart quickly.

500 mL bottle at Sactuary in Iowa City, IA. Poured a light caramel brown color with bubbly white head that laced the glass. Nose was also earthy with fruity hops and malty caramel. Dry with biscuity malt and light fruity hop flavors.
