| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 5, 2006 Pours a deep golden bronze hue. Sticky, creamy off white head. Grain, yeast nose. Grainy, dougy yeast, pale biscuity malts, slight metallic hop notes. Finishing grassy with bitter metallic hops. I used to love this before I really decided that flavorful beers were important to me. A great session drinker, but mostly thin and watery and bland. Touch my tootsies and float me down the river Mr. Bluebird. DuffMan (2774), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada

Orange amber, aromas of pine resin and flowery hops. Soft malt with generous hop character and a moderately bitter finish. Excellent! jcwattsrugger (5578), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 30, 2006 50cl bottle-pours a 2 finger high foamy light tan head with hazy gold color. Aroma is grassy, grain, skunky, earthy, floral and doughy. Taste is malt with a bit of a bite. OK effervescence, flat aftertaste. Faint hops (although brewer calls it intense). Date stamped L05-076. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jan 29, 2006 Orange with thin white head. Slight honey and metallic nose. Thin on the palette, slight ice tea taste...maybe even a bit like Dr. Pepper pop. Kind of boring. Too bubbly and watery for me. I bet I’d like a lot more cask conditioned. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 23, 2006 The bartender told me that this was a recent award winning beer and I can see why. Wonderful color and aroma with an equally good flavor. Well balanced and satisfying. nick76 (2684), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 6, 2006 The aroma is floral, soapy, cheesy, and malty. The appearance is copper with a medium head and lots of small particulates. I would also like to mention that there is a metallic taste to it not unlike copper. Besides that it has an ok flavor that mirrors the aroma. There is soap, a mildly bitter hop, and plenty of sweet malt and yeast. The palate is just average. Overall it’s not terrible but not great either.
