Dec 15, 2003 Bottled. Fruity, pear and grapefruit aroma. Orange/golden color, very small off-white head, fair lace. Sweet and sour, very fruity, light underlying bitterness, clean. Bit thin body and light dry. Could use a bit more maltiness and body.

Dec 14, 2003 Dutch ratebeer meeting. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, small head. Unusual aroma, complex and fruity. Initially sour flavour, then goes on to be more sweet. Obvious complexity. Lasting finish. An unusual combination of flavours, but pretty good.

Dec 14, 2003 (Dutch ratebeer meeting)Strange, when I see the ratings. This beer is very underrated. This is the second english beer I really liked after the fullers Vintage. Sweet grapefruit aroma. Hazy, yellow/amber coloured with a thin white head. Taste is bitter, slightly sour and fruity. Bit thin palate. Very decent brew.

Dec 6, 2003 Golden with a nice head. Aroma is citrus, a bit sour. Has a mild flavor that is fruity but also sour from citrus. Hoppy with a slightly bitter finish.
