Sweet apricot aroma with some sour fruit notes. Very little head and a soft orange color. Citrus start in the flavor with some sharp bitter notes in the finish. Not a bad choice but not my favorite bitter.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a good white head. Aroma is pleasant, with floral notes complemented by hops, grains, malt, and yeast. Taste is deceptively full, with a very bready and malty body giving way to a sweeter and more astringent finish of hops, floral notes, and perfume. Nothing special, but I could definitely see spending an afternoon at the pub with a few of these.

This is seriously kind of blah...very very light bready malt background, slightly over carbonated, with a hint of citrus bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, but not something I would pick up again.

Bottle 500ml from Waitrose, Christchurch. Has a sweet yet metallic aroma on opening. Pours a clear amber colour with a two finger frothy off-white head. Has a mildly sweet/citrus flavour, combined with a back-end bitterness. Quite thin on the palate but I was expecting that. Basically, an okay pint but nothing memorable.

Bronze color with a thin fizzy off-white head that quickly dissipates. Malty nose. Taste is a nice balance of malt and hops. There’s a tartness to the taste, almost like a sparkling water like Perrier. There’s an almost subliminal note of caramel in the taste as well. Finish is of that afore-mentioned tartness with lacings of hoppy bitterness. A nice, enjoyable bitter, but by no means a phenomenal one.

Bottle, Asda, Manchester. Bottle. Pours deep bronze colour with a wee white head. Malt and hops in the aroma , some sweetness. Dry bitter finish. Lacks real character, but not bad.
