Poured an attractive clear amber with a smallish creamy white head on top. Aroma is slightly sweet with caramel tones and a light grassy hop character. Mouthfeel was nice, maybe a tad on the thin side. Flavor is very well-balanced with caramel, sweetness and light hoppy bitterness. Drinkability is quite high on this one. Nice session beer.

Ginger Man NYC: Aroma: Light hay and mild citrus very light on the nose. Appeaance: Straw with gold highlights Flavour: Veryl ight even for a British ordinary Bitter, citrus hop flavours and thin almost reedy malt characer. Lots of watery character that lacks malt and caramel to balance. Mouthfeel: Light bodied and creamy. - I know Co2 is Co2 but the bottle conditioning of this beerwas great. Maybe yeast is better than a co2 tank after all. Ovverall: Thin and watery but with lots of room to play with the hops but just not bold or malty enough. Still a very nice beer. Just more like an ordinary bitter with citrus hoips.

Clear, pale gold, thin head. Floral, citrus, pear and slightly musty malt aroma. Very British. Juicy malt flavor with strangely unsatisfying hops and a metallic note. Really quite watery with little complexity. This style has a hard time traveling. I had this on cask a few years back in Chicago and was under impressed then also.

Bottle. Pale deep blonde colour. Nice malty and hoppy aroma. The flavour is a bit sweet with toasty caramel and malt, slight fruitiness and with a dry bitter finish.

Bottle. Gloden coppery colour with medium white head. Aroma hoppy and some toffee. Flavour sweet, light hoppy and a little bitter. A very drinkable beer, the perfect session beer.

Bottle @YNWA, Kolding. Pours a very nice, clear amber with a smallish creamy white head on top. Really lovely, actually. Aroma is lightly sweet with tones of caramel and a grassy hops character. Nice, round and slightly creamy mouthfeel - impressive for the ABV. Flavour is very well-rounded, mixing caramel, sweetness ad light hoppy bitterness to a high standard. Really a great session beer.

Very nice head, Slightly cloudy, but appealling golden colored. Bright, refreshing aroma. Appropriately bitter, but too much of a yeast finish - resulting in a "pucker" palate. I assume this is due to the bottle conditioning and, thus, may vary by bottle (and yes, the bottle was poured correctly for a bottle conditioned beer.)

[WBA Styles Tasting] Clear copper color, with minimal head formation. Grassy, herbal hop aroma. Subtle esters. Dry, mineral flavors with some caramel malt presence. Dry, spicy hop finish.
