Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is dominated by flowery hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of flowery hops, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottled, 500ml from Millets Farms Shop, Frilford, Oxon. Orange gold with white head. As the standard Bluebird is one of my favourite beers I had high hopes for this, but its really been dumbed down for another market, sweet, malty and really quite dull, not a patch on the original.

Hazy pour, with a thin but tight head. Soft orange hue. The nose has a muted hop spice that tends towards wet eart, when cold. Thin entry, but no bumbs in the ride, nice texture and tasty. Dry, crackery malt has some dried arpicot. All finishes crisply, cleanly, and with a light noble hop fade.

Tap at Ginger Man. pale goden beer with a thick sticky white head. Aroma is quite light. A touch of UK pale malt and not much else at all. Flavour is especially bland. Soft crackery malt, low carbonation and a reasonably creamy texture but it still come across as a bit watery. Crackery with a light earthy bitterness. Meh.
